🍽️ Quick Vegetable Curry from the Microwave

Ingredients
- 1 kg small potatoes
- 2 onions
- 20 g butter
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 500 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 250 g frozen peas
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes as well.
- 3. Place the butter and the onion cubes in a microwave-safe bowl.
- 4. Cover the bowl and sauté the onions at 850 watts for about 4 minutes.
- 5. Add the potato cubes, the curry powder, and the broth to the onion mixture.
- 6. Stir everything well, cover the bowl again, and cook the mixture at 850 watts for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Add the cream and the peas.
- 8. Cover the bowl and cook the curry at 850 watts for another 10 minutes.
- 9. Reduce the power to 450 watts and cook the dish for another 5 minutes.
- 10. Finally, season the curry with salt and pepper to taste.
