Ingredients
- 200 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 280 ml water
- 60 ml olive oil
- 0.5 bunch chives
- parsley
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and peel them. Just rinse the carrots and cut both into small pieces.
- 2. Cook the vegetables in a pot with water until soft, puree them finely, and stir in the olive oil. Season with chopped herbs and a very small amount of salt.
