  1. 1. Remove the seeds and inner core of the bell pepper. Cut the bell pepper flesh into small cubes.
  2. 2. Drain the corn in a sieve. Take half of the corn and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Wash the cress thoroughly. Shake it dry so that no water remains on it.
  4. 4. Add the diced bell pepper, the chopped corn, the remaining whole corn kernels, and the cress to a bowl.
  5. 5. Grate the cheese finely. Add the grated cheese and the sour cream alternative (Schmand) to the vegetable mixture.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  7. 7. Spoon the vegetable-cheese mixture onto the wraps. Spread it out evenly.
  8. 8. Roll the wraps up tightly so that the filling does not fall out.
