🍽️ Wok Vegetables with Tofu

Ingredients
- 50 g Mu-Err mushrooms
- 200 g snow peas
- salt
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 1.5 cm fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soybean oil
- 500 g smoked tofu
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Wash the snow peas and remove the tough ends.
- 3. Bring water to a boil, add some salt, and blanch (cook briefly in boiling water) the snow peas for 1 minute.
- 4. Drain the snow peas, rinse them with cold water, and let them drain well.
- 5. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the core, and cut it into cubes.
- 6. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small pieces.
- 7. Peel the garlic and ginger and chop them finely.
- 8. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the garlic and ginger in it.
- 9. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm cubes.
- 10. Add the tofu and the rest of the vegetables to the wok.
- 11. Fry everything, turning occasionally.
- 12. Season the mixture with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- 13. Season with pepper to taste.
- 14. Serve the dish on plates.
- 15. Serve rice on the side if desired.
