  2. 2. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems.
  3. 3. Distribute the potato slices evenly among the four raclette pans.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the potatoes with the thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Place two to three olives on top of the seasoned potatoes.
  6. 6. Cover the potatoes with the raclette cheese slices.
  7. 7. Place the pans into the raclette grill device and turn it on.
  8. 8. Grill the cheese until it has melted.
  9. 9. Rub the cutlets with a little oil.
  10. 10. Season the cutlets to taste.
  11. 11. Place the cutlets and the vegetables on the hot grill surface.
  12. 12. Grill the meat and vegetables until they are cooked.
