🍽️ Raclette with Potatoes, Cheese and Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- small corn cobs
- garlic cloves
- onion ring
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- olive oil
- 500 g boiled potatoes
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- olives
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
- 250 g raclette cheese (sliced)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into thick slices.
- 2. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 3. Distribute the potato slices evenly among the four raclette pans.
- 4. Sprinkle the potatoes with the thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Place two to three olives on top of the seasoned potatoes.
- 6. Cover the potatoes with the raclette cheese slices.
- 7. Place the pans into the raclette grill device and turn it on.
- 8. Grill the cheese until it has melted.
- 9. Rub the cutlets with a little oil.
- 10. Season the cutlets to taste.
- 11. Place the cutlets and the vegetables on the hot grill surface.
- 12. Grill the meat and vegetables until they are cooked.
- 13. Serve the melted raclette together with the grilled food.
