🍽️ Crispy Vegetable Sticks with Fresh Dip

Ingredients
- 150 g green zucchini (1 green zucchini)
- 150 g yellow zucchini (1 yellow zucchini)
- 200 g red bell peppers (1 red bell pepper)
- 150 g carrots (1 carrot)
- 100 g cucumber (0.5 cucumbers)
- 80 g celery stalks (1 stalk)
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 lemon
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 125 g soy yogurt alternative (plain)
- 150 g caviar (e.g. trout, algae, or salmon caviar)

Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the vegetables under running water.
- 2. Remove tough stems, leaves, or seeds.
- 3. Peel the vegetables if necessary.
- 4. Cut the vegetables into uniform, bite-sized sticks.
- 5. Wash the chives under cold water.
- 6. Shake the chives dry.
- 7. Cut the chives into very fine rings.
- 8. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 9. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
- 10. Grate the lemon peel finely.
- 11. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 12. Place the quark and soy yogurt alternative into a bowl.
- 13. Add the chopped chives.
- 14. Add the grated lemon zest.
- 15. Add a little lemon juice.
- 16. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 17. Gently fold the caviar into the dip mixture.
- 18. Season the dip with salt to taste.
- 19. Season the dip with pepper to taste.
- 20. Serve the dip together with the prepared vegetable sticks.
