🍽️ Vegetable Turkey Wraps with Fish

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 125 ml milk
- 150 g cornmeal
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tomato
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 1 carrot
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 1 handful cilantro
- 50 g cream cheese
- salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
- 80 g tuna (can)
- 80 g smoked turkey breast slices (sliced)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs with the salt, the milk, 125 milliliters of water, and the cornstarch.
- 2. Let the mixture swell for about 30 minutes.
- 3. Wash the tomato and cut out the stem area.
- 4. Slice the tomato into thin slices.
- 5. Wash the salad greens and pat them dry.
- 6. Peel the carrot and grate it finely.
- 7. Wash the chili pepper and cut it lengthwise.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
- 9. Dice the chili pepper finely.
- 10. Rinse the coriander and shake it dry.
- 11. Finely chop the coriander greens.
- 12. Mix the cream cheese with the chili and the coriander greens.
- 13. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 14. Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
- 15. Pour one quarter of the batter into the hot pan.
- 16. Fry the batter, turning it occasionally, for about 5 minutes to make an omelet.
- 17. Process the remaining batter in the same way.
- 18. Let the finished wraps cool down.
- 19. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the cooled wraps.
- 20. Distribute the salad, the tomato slices, and the grated carrots onto the wraps.
- 21. Drain the tuna and shred it.
- 22. Cut the turkey breast into strips.
- 23. Distribute the tuna and the turkey strips onto the wraps.
- 24. Roll the wraps tightly.
- 25. Cut the wraps diagonally in half.
- 26. Serve the wraps.
