  5. 5. Wash the salad greens and pat them dry.
  6. 6. Peel the carrot and grate it finely.
  7. 7. Wash the chili pepper and cut it lengthwise.
  8. 8. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  9. 9. Dice the chili pepper finely.
  10. 10. Rinse the coriander and shake it dry.
  11. 11. Finely chop the coriander greens.
  12. 12. Mix the cream cheese with the chili and the coriander greens.
  13. 13. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  14. 14. Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  15. 15. Pour one quarter of the batter into the hot pan.
