  1. 1. Mix the yeast with just under 100 ml of lukewarm water and the sugar. Stir the mixture until smooth and everything has dissolved.
  2. 2. Add the flour, oil, and salt to a mixing bowl. Add the dissolved yeast mixture.
  3. 3. Knead everything with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for approx. 40-45 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds. Cut the bell pepper flesh into strips.
  5. 5. Peel the shallot and garlic. Finely chop both.
  6. 6. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem and seeds. Finely chop the chili pepper as well.
  7. 7. Wash the plum tomato, remove the seeds. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Clean the mushrooms. Slice them into thin pieces.
  9. 9. Drain the corn in a sieve.
  10. 10. Slice the mozzarella into thin pieces.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (top and bottom heat).
  12. 12. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface. Roll out the dough into a round shape.
  13. 13. Grease a baking sheet. Place the rolled-out dough on it.
  14. 14. Drain the peeled tomatoes. Mash them with a fork.
  15. 15. Spread the mashed tomatoes over the pizza dough. Leave a small border free at the edge.
  16. 16. Season the tomato sauce with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Sprinkle oregano over the sauce.
  18. 18. Top the pizza with the prepared vegetables (bell pepper, shallot, garlic, chili, tomato, mushrooms, corn).
  19. 19. Distribute the mozzarella slices evenly on top.
  20. 20. Drizzle the pizza with olive oil.
  21. 21. Sprinkle fresh rosemary needles over it.
  22. 22. Bake the vegetable pizza in the preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes.
