🍽️ Paprika Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 red, green and yellow bell peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp oregano leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp butter
- frozen soup greens
- 4 portions mashed potato powder (from the package + milk)
- 30 g freshly grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bell peppers into quarters.
- 2. Remove the seeds and rinse the peppers under running water.
- 3. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 6. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 7. Fry the garlic and peppers in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 8. Stir the oregano into the mixture.
- 9. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 10. Rinse the tomato.
- 11. Dice the tomato very finely.
- 12. Remove the seeds from the tomato.
- 13. Heat the butter in a pot.
- 14. Sauté the tomato and soup greens in the butter.
- 15. Add the liquid according to the package instructions.
- 16. Prepare the mashed potato powder as described on the package.
- 17. Stir the Parmesan into the mash.
- 18. Plate the mash and the peppers.
