🍽️ Roastbeef Wraps with Crispy Vegetables

Ingredients
- 3 Carrots
- 400 g white radish
- Salt
- 1 handful cilantro leaves
- 16 slices roast beef
- 1 tbsp wasabi paste
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots and daikon radish and cut them into thin sticks. Boil them in salted water for about 2 minutes until they are still crisp-tender, immediately shock them in cold water, and let them drain well.
- 2. Rinse the coriander under running water and pat it completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Lay the roast beef slices flat on your work surface. Spread each slice with a pea-sized amount of wasabi and place the prepared vegetable sticks on top. Sprinkle the coriander over them and roll the meat tightly around the filling. Serve the wraps sprinkled with black sesame seeds.
- 4. Serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
