  2. 2. Cut the peeled cucumbers lengthwise into two halves.
  3. 3. Remove the inside of the cucumber halves using a sharp spoon.
  4. 4. Cut the empty cucumber halves into sticks that are about finger-length and finger-thick.
  5. 5. Wash the snow peas thoroughly.
  6. 6. Dry the snow peas with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Whisk the low-fat quark, sour cream, lemon juice, and crème fraîche in a bowl until the mixture is smooth.
  8. 8. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Stir the thyme leaves into the finished dip.
  10. 10. Arrange the prepared vegetables in small bowls.
  11. 11. Add the quark dip to the bowls.
  12. 12. Garnish the dip with lemon strips and fresh thyme sprigs.
