Ingredients
- 1 bunch carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small cucumber
- Radicchio
- 1 small orange
- 100 g processed cheese (with garlic)
- 2 spring onions

Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the carrots.
- 3. Cut the carrots into batons.
- 4. Wash the cucumber.
- 5. Cut the cucumber into quarters.
- 6. Cut the cucumber pieces into coarse chunks.
- 7. Wash the celeriac.
- 8. Halve the bell pepper.
- 9. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper.
- 10. Wash the deseeded bell pepper.
- 11. Cut the bell pepper into batons.
- 12. Wash the radicchio leaves.
- 13. Shake the radicchio leaves dry.
- 14. Halve the orange.
- 15. Squeeze the juice from one half of the orange.
- 16. Stir the cheese with the orange juice.
- 17. Peel the other half of the orange.
- 18. Segment the orange.
- 19. Wash the spring onions.
- 20. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 21. Stir the spring onion rings and orange segments into the cheese cream.
- 22. Season the dip with salt and pepper.
