🍽️ Vegetable Foil Packets

Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 300 g zucchini
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- aluminum foil
- oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and slice them thinly. Wash the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it. Clean the mushrooms and halve them.
- 2. Wash the tomato and cut it into wedges.
- 3. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Mix all the vegetables with salt, pepper, oil, and lemon juice.
- 4. Divide the aluminum foil into two pieces of about 30 x 20 cm each. Brush the shiny side with oil. Distribute the vegetables on top. Fold the foil over and seal the ends tightly. Cook the packets on the grill or in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 to 30 minutes.
