  1. 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and slice them thinly. Wash the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it. Clean the mushrooms and halve them.
  2. 2. Wash the tomato and cut it into wedges.
  3. 3. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Mix all the vegetables with salt, pepper, oil, and lemon juice.
  4. 4. Divide the aluminum foil into two pieces of about 30 x 20 cm each. Brush the shiny side with oil. Distribute the vegetables on top. Fold the foil over and seal the ends tightly. Cook the packets on the grill or in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 to 30 minutes.
