  2. 2. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds and core.
  3. 3. Cut the peppers into small, bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.
  5. 5. Cut the halloumi cheese into small cubes of about one centimeter.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  8. 8. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  9. 9. Finely chop the parsley leaves together with the capers.
  10. 10. Mix the oil with the chopped garlic.
  11. 11. Add the capers and mustard seeds to the oil mixture.
  12. 12. Stir the chopped parsley into the marinade.
  13. 13. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
  14. 14. Thread the vegetables and cheese alternately onto the wooden skewers.
  15. 15. Brush the skewers generously with the marinade.
  16. 16. Let the skewers absorb the flavors for a short time.
