🍽️ Quick Chicken with Peppers and Snow Peas

Ingredients
- 450 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 g snow peas
- 2 tbsp oil
- pepper
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 20 g flour (2 tbsp)
- 1 Knorr Bouillon pot (Pure Chicken)
- 50 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
- 2. Halve the bell pepper and cut it into strips as well.
- 3. Cut the pepper strips in half crosswise.
- 4. Bring water to a boil and add the snow peas for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Drain the snow peas in a colander.
- 6. Rinse the snow peas immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 7. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the pepper strips briefly.
- 8. Remove the peppers from the pan and set them aside.
- 9. Fry the chicken strips in the remaining oil until lightly browned.
- 10. Season the meat with pepper.
- 11. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
- 12. Melt the margarine in the same pan.
- 13. Stir the flour into the margarine.
- 14. Let the flour mixture sweat briefly.
- 15. Dissolve the bouillon paste in 375 milliliters of hot water.
- 16. Pour the bouillon mixture along with the cream into the pan while stirring.
- 17. Bring the sauce to a boil.
- 18. Let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes.
- 19. Return the chicken, peppers, and snow peas to the pan.
- 20. Heat everything together in the sauce.
- 21. Season the dish with a little pepper.
