  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. 2. Halve the bell pepper and cut it into strips as well.
  3. 3. Cut the pepper strips in half crosswise.
  4. 4. Bring water to a boil and add the snow peas for about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Drain the snow peas in a colander.
  6. 6. Rinse the snow peas immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  7. 7. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the pepper strips briefly.
  8. 8. Remove the peppers from the pan and set them aside.
  9. 9. Fry the chicken strips in the remaining oil until lightly browned.
  10. 10. Season the meat with pepper.
  11. 11. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  12. 12. Melt the margarine in the same pan.
  13. 13. Stir the flour into the margarine.
  14. 14. Let the flour mixture sweat briefly.
  15. 15. Dissolve the bouillon paste in 375 milliliters of hot water.
  16. 16. Pour the bouillon mixture along with the cream into the pan while stirring.
  17. 17. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  18. 18. Let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes.
  19. 19. Return the chicken, peppers, and snow peas to the pan.
  20. 20. Heat everything together in the sauce.
  21. 21. Season the dish with a little pepper.
