🍽️ Chicken Vegetable Couscous

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets (approx. 140 g each)
- 2 carrots
- 200 g peas
- 600 ml chicken broth
- 300 g couscous (instant)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the carrots.
- 5. Cut the carrots into small cubes as well.
- 6. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot.
- 7. Add the chicken cubes and the carrots to the boiling broth.
- 8. Add the peas.
- 9. Let the mixture simmer quietly for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Stir in the couscous.
- 11. Let the couscous swell for about 10 minutes.
- 12. Season the dish with salt at the end.
- 13. Serve the food warm.
