🍳 Fresh Vegetable Buttermilk Shake

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 5 carrots
- 750 ml cold buttermilk
- juice of one lemon
- salt, cayenne pepper
- 4 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the bell pepper.
- 2. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 3. Cut the bell pepper into quarters.
- 4. Cut the bell pepper quarters into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Peel the carrots.
- 6. Leave a small part of the green top attached to four of the carrots.
- 7. Set aside these four carrots with the green tops for decoration.
- 8. Chop the remaining carrots into small pieces.
- 9. Place the bell pepper pieces into the blender.
- 10. Add the chopped carrots to the blender.
- 11. Pour the buttermilk into the blender.
- 12. Add the lemon juice to the blender.
- 13. Blend all ingredients in the mixer until smooth.
- 14. Season the shake with salt to taste.
- 15. Season the shake with cayenne pepper to taste.
- 16. Pour the shake into glasses.
- 17. Garnish each glass rim with one of the prepared carrots with green tops.
- 18. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the shake.
- 19. Serve the shake immediately.
