  2. 2. Cut the savoy cabbage into wide strips.
  3. 3. Divide the cauliflower into small florets.
  4. 4. Slice the leek into rings.
  5. 5. Chop the sugar peas and beans into smaller pieces.
  6. 6. Dice the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Peel the onion and dice it roughly.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic.
  9. 9. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
  10. 10. Heat the butter and half of the olive oil in a pot.
  11. 11. Sauté the onion, leek, and garlic in it.
  12. 12. Add the diced tomatoes.
  13. 13. Let the mixture reduce over low heat.
  14. 14. Add the savoy cabbage and beans.
  15. 15. Simmer the ingredients briefly.
  16. 16. Pour in the meat broth.
  17. 17. Add the remaining vegetables.
  18. 18. Add the paprika powder.
  19. 19. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes.
  20. 20. Pour the remaining olive oil into a wide clay pot.
  21. 21. Swirl the pot so the oil coats the entire surface.
  22. 22. Line the pot with the bread slices.
  23. 23. Place the vegetables on top of the bread.
  24. 24. Sprinkle everything with parsley.
  25. 25. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  26. 26. Place the pot in the center of the oven.
  27. 27. Bake the dish for about 10 minutes.
