  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let the millet swell for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the pepper.
  6. 6. Peel the carrot.
  7. 7. Clean the spring onions.
  8. 8. Dice everything finely.
  9. 9. Add the vegetables along with the peas to the millet during the last 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the pan from the heat.
  11. 11. Let the mixture cool down.
  12. 12. Stir in the eggs.
  13. 13. Add the breadcrumbs.
  14. 14. Add the parsley.
  15. 15. Add the mustard.
  16. 16. Season with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. If necessary, mix in more breadcrumbs until the mixture is easy to shape.
  18. 18. Form small patties with slightly damp hands.
  19. 19. Fry the patties in the pan.
