  10. 10. Spin the salad greens dry to remove excess water.
  11. 11. Cut the salad greens into wide strips.

  13. 13. Spin the basil dry.
  14. 14. Carefully pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  15. 15. Set aside a small amount of basil for decoration.
