🥗 Mixed salad with chicken and apple

Ingredients
- 300 g mixed salad (e.g. frisée and iceberg)
- 4 apples (e.g. Granny Smith)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g chicken Kassler (ready-made product)
- 1 red onion
- 0.5 handful parsley
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 70 g walnut halves
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the salad dry.
- 3. Tear the salad into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the apples.
- 5. Slice the apples.
- 6. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice.
- 7. Reassemble the apple slices into their original shape.
- 8. Slice the chicken casserole meat.
- 9. Peel the onion.
- 10. Halve the onion.
- 11. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 12. Wash the parsley.
- 13. Shake the parsley dry.
- 14. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
- 15. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 16. Whisk the oils with the vinegar.
- 17. Add the chopped parsley to the vinaigrette.
- 18. Season the vinaigrette with salt.
- 19. Season the vinaigrette with pepper.
- 20. Place the salad on plates or a platter.
- 21. Distribute the onion slices over the salad.
- 22. Distribute the chicken slices over the salad.
- 23. Distribute the nuts over the salad.
- 24. Place the apple slices on top of the salad bed.
- 25. Drizzle the salad with the vinaigrette.
