  1. 1. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips on all sides over high heat.
  3. 3. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  4. 4. Remove the pan from the heat and set the meat aside.
  5. 5. Boil the eggs until hard and then peel them.
  6. 6. Cut each egg into eight equal pieces.
  7. 7. Cut the sausage into thin strips.
  8. 8. Cut the cheese into thin strips as well.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
  10. 10. Remove the stem ends of the tomatoes and cut them into eight wedges.
  11. 11. Remove wilted leaves from the salad and wash the leaves.
  12. 12. Dry the salad thoroughly, for example in a salad spinner.
  13. 13. Cut the iceberg lettuce into coarse strips.
  14. 14. Roughly tear the leaves of the radicchio with your hands.
  15. 15. Put the egg yolk, mustard and vinegar in a bowl.
