🍰 Fruity Gummy Candies

Ingredients
- 6 sheets gelatin
- 125 ml juice (e.g. cherry, orange, lime, etc.)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 0.5 tsp lime zest (organic)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- vegetable oil (for greasing)
- sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- 1. Line a rectangular pan (approx. 10 x 20 cm) with cling film.
- 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water for approx. 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the fruit juice, 125 ml water, lime juice, and lime zest to a pot.
- 4. Stir in the sugar and dissolve it.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil once.
- 6. Squeeze the gelatin well and stir it smoothly into a small amount of the warm fruit juice mixture.
- 7. Add this gelatin mixture to the rest of the fruit liquid.
- 8. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved, but do not boil the mixture again.
- 9. Pour the liquid mixture into the prepared pan.
- 10. Let the jelly set in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
- 11. Cut the set jelly into approx. 1.5 cm cubes.
- 12. Lightly brush the cubes with a little oil.
- 13. Roll the cubes in sugar.
