  1. 1. Line a rectangular pan (approx. 10 x 20 cm) with cling film.
  2. 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the fruit juice, 125 ml water, lime juice, and lime zest to a pot.
  4. 4. Stir in the sugar and dissolve it.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil once.
  6. 6. Squeeze the gelatin well and stir it smoothly into a small amount of the warm fruit juice mixture.
  7. 7. Add this gelatin mixture to the rest of the fruit liquid.
  8. 8. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved, but do not boil the mixture again.
  9. 9. Pour the liquid mixture into the prepared pan.
  10. 10. Let the jelly set in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
  11. 11. Cut the set jelly into approx. 1.5 cm cubes.
  12. 12. Lightly brush the cubes with a little oil.
  13. 13. Roll the cubes in sugar.
