🍽️ Fruity Jelly Cubes

Ingredients
- 300 ml blackcurrant juice
- 200 ml apple juice
- 500 ml cherry juice
- 20 sheets gelatin
- lemons (juice)
- sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- 1. Place the gelatin in a bowl with cold water and let it bloom.
- 2. Bring the juices and lemon juice to a boil in a pot.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat immediately so the mixture does not continue to cook.
- 4. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well to remove excess water.
- 5. Stir the squeezed gelatin into the warm juice mixture until it has completely dissolved.
- 6. Line a rectangular baking dish or similar container with cling film.
- 7. Pour the jelly mixture into the lined dish.
- 8. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let the jelly set for at least 4 hours.
- 9. Take the dish out of the refrigerator and carefully turn the jelly out of the mold.
- 10. Peel off the cling film from the jelly.
- 11. Cut the jelly into small diamond shapes.
- 12. Roll the jelly pieces in sugar to coat them lightly.
- 13. Serve the finished jelly cubes immediately.
