  1. 1. Place the gelatin in a bowl with cold water and let it bloom.
  2. 2. Bring the juices and lemon juice to a boil in a pot.
  3. 3. Remove the pot from the heat immediately so the mixture does not continue to cook.
  4. 4. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well to remove excess water.
  5. 5. Stir the squeezed gelatin into the warm juice mixture until it has completely dissolved.
  6. 6. Line a rectangular baking dish or similar container with cling film.
  7. 7. Pour the jelly mixture into the lined dish.
  8. 8. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let the jelly set for at least 4 hours.
  9. 9. Take the dish out of the refrigerator and carefully turn the jelly out of the mold.
  10. 10. Peel off the cling film from the jelly.
  11. 11. Cut the jelly into small diamond shapes.
  12. 12. Roll the jelly pieces in sugar to coat them lightly.
  13. 13. Serve the finished jelly cubes immediately.
