🍽️ Sweet and sour yellow plums

Ingredients
- 500 g yellow plums
- 1 green pepper cluster
- 1 red chili
- 80 ml white wine vinegar
- 200 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the yellow plums thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
- 3. Wash the pepper sprig (a type of hot pepper) and let it drain.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers and pat them dry with a cloth.
- 5. Rinse a jar with hot water and let it drain.
- 6. Layer the prepared plums and vegetables into the hot jar.
- 7. Mix the vinegar with 250 milliliters of water and the sugar in a pot.
- 8. Heat the mixture and let it boil bubblingly for about 1 minute.
- 9. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 10. Pour the hot liquid over the plums in the jar.
- 11. Make sure the plums are completely covered with liquid.
- 12. Seal the jar tightly with the lid.
- 13. Place the sealed jar upside down for about 10 minutes.
- 14. Let the jar cool down afterwards.
