Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Place the quinoa grains into a fine-mesh sieve.
- 2. Rinse the grains under warm running water.
- 3. Gently rub the grains with your fingers to remove bitter substances.
- 4. Place the washed quinoa grains into a pot.
- 5. Add three times the amount of water.
- 6. Bring the water to a boil.
- 7. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 8. Let the quinoa simmer for about 12 minutes.
- 9. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 10. Let the quinoa swell in the pot for 10 minutes.
- 11. Lightly season the quinoa with salt.
- 12. Drizzle a little olive oil over it.
