  7. 7. Chop all around the shell until it breaks.

  9. 9. Peel the remaining shell off the claw.
  10. 10. Gently loosen the meat inside the claw.
  11. 11. Pull the claw meat out of the shell.
  12. 12. Position the knife behind the lobster's head.
