🍽️ Grilled tuna fillet with vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 tuna fillets (approx. 250 g each)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 limes (organic)
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 4 sprigs thyme
- pink pepper (crushed)
Instructions
- 1. Season the tuna fillets with salt and pepper.
- 2. Wash the limes thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the limes in half lengthwise.
- 4. Slice the lime halves into thin slices.
- 5. Cut the pepper pods into rings.
- 6. Clean the celery.
- 7. Cut the celery into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes.
- 9. Pat the tomatoes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- 11. Fry the prepared vegetables in the pan.
- 12. Lightly salt and pepper the vegetables.
- 13. Add some thyme to the vegetables.
- 14. Deglaze the vegetables with lime juice.
- 15. Simmer the vegetables for two to five minutes.
- 16. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick grill pan.
- 17. Fry the tuna fillets for about two to three minutes on each side.
- 18. Add the fried fish fillets to the vegetables in the pan.
- 19. Season the dish with pink pepper.
- 20. Garnish the dish with fresh thyme.
- 21. Serve the dish with white bread.
