  3. 3. Cut the limes in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Slice the lime halves into thin slices.
  5. 5. Cut the pepper pods into rings.
  6. 6. Clean the celery.
  7. 7. Cut the celery into bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Pat the tomatoes dry with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  11. 11. Fry the prepared vegetables in the pan.
  12. 12. Lightly salt and pepper the vegetables.
  13. 13. Add some thyme to the vegetables.
  14. 14. Deglaze the vegetables with lime juice.
  15. 15. Simmer the vegetables for two to five minutes.
  16. 16. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick grill pan.
  17. 17. Fry the tuna fillets for about two to three minutes on each side.
  18. 18. Add the fried fish fillets to the vegetables in the pan.
  19. 19. Season the dish with pink pepper.
  20. 20. Garnish the dish with fresh thyme.
