  1. 1. Boil water in a pot and add salt.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in the salted water until al dente.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse them briefly with cold water so they do not stick.
  4. 4. Heat a pan without fat and roast the pine nuts until golden brown.
  5. 5. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  8. 8. Let the artichokes drain well and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  9. 9. Whisk balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and honey in a large bowl.
  10. 10. Add the drained pasta and the prepared vegetables to the dressing mixture.
  11. 11. Toss everything gently and let the salad marinate for about 20 minutes.
  12. 12. Wash the beef steaks and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  13. 13. Season the steaks with freshly ground pepper.
  14. 14. Drizzle some olive oil over the steaks.
  15. 15. Preheat the grill and place the steaks on it.
  16. 16. Grill the steaks for 2 to 4 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the finished steaks with sea salt just before serving.
  18. 18. Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of the marinade from the noodle bowl.
  19. 19. Mix this marinade with the rest of the salad.
  20. 20. Season the salad with a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  21. 21. Place the grilled steak on a plate.
  22. 22. Place the noodle and vegetable salad next to it.
  23. 23. Place a dollop of crème fraîche (sweet cream) on the plate.
  24. 24. Garnish the dish with fresh thyme sprigs.
  25. 25. Serve the steak hot immediately.
