Ingredients
- 5 peaches
- 5 nectarines
- 1 pineapple
- 2 large apples
- 2 tbsp butter
- 150 g pine honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches and nectarines thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut them in half and remove the pits. Halve the pineapple and cut each half into five long wedges. Wash the apple, dry it, and slice it crosswise into slices about one centimeter thick.
- 2. Melt the butter in a small pan. Stir in the honey and lemon juice until the ingredients are well combined.
- 3. Grill the peach halves, nectarine halves, and apple slices on both sides. Place the pineapple wedges cut-side down on the grill. Carefully separate the fruit flesh from the skin, but serve it back in the skin. Serve the prepared sauce with the fruit.
