Ingredients
- 2 slices lamb leg (approx. 200 g each, approx. 2 cm thick)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp rosemary needles
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- 1. Brush the lamb meat evenly with oil. Season it generously with salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary.
- 2. Place the meat on the hot grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Cut a lemon into quarters, place them on the grill, and roast them along with the meat. Serve the finished lamb hot.
