Ingredients
- 12 small, waxy potatoes
- salt
- 500 g blood sausage
- 6 small apples
- vegetable oil (for brushing)
- coarse herb salt
- dried marjoram
Instructions
- 1. Boil potatoes in salted water.
- 2. Cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 3. Drain the potatoes.
- 4. Peel the potatoes.
- 5. Let the potatoes steam for a moment.
- 6. Cut blood sausage into 12 pieces.
- 7. Wash the apples.
- 8. Halve the apples.
- 9. Thread one potato onto a skewer.
- 10. Thread a slice of blood sausage onto the skewer.
- 11. Thread an apple piece onto the skewer.
- 12. Brush skewers with oil.
- 13. Grill skewers on a grill or in a griddle pan.
- 14. Turn skewers while grilling.
- 15. Grill for about 8 minutes.
- 16. Cook until grill marks appear.
- 17. Season skewers with salt.
- 18. Season skewers with marjoram.
- 19. Serve the skewers.
