🍽️ Grilled chicken fillet with guacamole

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- olive oil (extra virgin)
- tortilla flatbreads (ready-made, optional)
- lemon zest (or orange slices)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the avocados and cut them in half.
- 2. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 3. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the washed tomatoes into cubes.
- 6. Peel the onion.
- 7. Cut the onion into small cubes.
- 8. Place the avocado cubes, tomato cubes, and onion cubes into a bowl.
- 9. Gently mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- 10. Add two tablespoons of oil to the mixture.
- 11. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into it.
- 12. Season the guacamole with salt.
- 13. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- 14. Stir everything well until evenly mixed.
- 15. Pat the chicken breast fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 16. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- 17. Brush the fillets lightly with some oil.
- 18. Preheat your charcoal or tabletop grill.
- 19. Place the fillets on the hot grill.
- 20. Grill the fillets from the first side for three to four minutes.
- 21. Turn the fillets and grill the other side for another three to four minutes.
- 22. Remove the grilled fillets from the grill.
- 23. Slice the fillets into thin slices.
- 24. Place the chicken slices on the plates.
- 25. Add the prepared guacamole.
- 26. Cut lemon or orange slices.
- 27. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or in a pan.
- 28. Serve the lemon slices and the warm tortillas with the dish.
