  3. 3. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the washed tomatoes into cubes.
  6. 6. Peel the onion.
  7. 7. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  8. 8. Place the avocado cubes, tomato cubes, and onion cubes into a bowl.
  9. 9. Gently mix the ingredients in the bowl.
  10. 10. Add two tablespoons of oil to the mixture.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into it.
  12. 12. Season the guacamole with salt.
  13. 13. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  14. 14. Stir everything well until evenly mixed.
  15. 15. Pat the chicken breast fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  16. 16. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Brush the fillets lightly with some oil.
  18. 18. Preheat your charcoal or tabletop grill.
