🍽️ Grilled meat, sausages and vegetables

Ingredients
- 8 Rostbratwurst sausages
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tomatoes
- 8 green and red chili peppers
- 4 stalks spring onions
- herbs (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place the meat in the mixture and let it marinate for at least 3 hours. Wash the vegetables thoroughly, remove any tough parts, and halve the tomatoes. Season everything lightly with salt.
- 2. Let the meat drain well before grilling to prevent excessive splattering.
- 3. Poke the sausages several times with a fork before placing them on the hot grill. Grill the meat and sausages, turning them frequently until they are cooked through.
- 4. Place the vegetables on the grill along with the meat and grill for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- 5. Serve the finished dish with your favorite dips and fresh bread.
