  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and press it into a small bowl.
  2. 2. Wash the thyme sprigs and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Pluck the small thyme leaves from the stems and add them to the garlic bowl.
  4. 4. Coarsely crush the coriander seeds using a mortar or knife.
  5. 5. Stir the oil, crushed coriander seeds, thyme, and garlic together in the bowl.
  6. 6. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Rinse the beef fillet and chicken breasts under running water.
  8. 8. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Slice the beef fillet and chicken breasts into thin strips.
  10. 10. Peel the potatoes and wash them under running water.
  11. 11. Shave half of the potatoes into paper-thin slices.
  12. 12. Cut the other half of the potatoes into small cubes.
  13. 13. Rinse the chili peppers under running water.
  14. 14. Remove the stems and the inside of the chili peppers.
  15. 15. Cut the chili peppers into thin strips.
  16. 16. Preheat the hot stone in the oven.
  17. 17. Place the potato slices, potato cubes, and chili strips on the hot stone.
  18. 18. Place the sliced meat on the hot stone next to the vegetables.
  19. 19. Drizzle the prepared marinade over the meat and vegetables.
  20. 20. Cook everything on the hot stone until fully cooked.
  21. 21. Turn the meat and vegetables occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  22. 22. Serve the grilled dish with a spicy chili dip if desired.
