🍽️ Grilled Meat and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 100 ml olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 red chili peppers
- 300 g beef fillet
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- 500 g waxy potatoes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and press it into a small bowl.
- 2. Wash the thyme sprigs and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pluck the small thyme leaves from the stems and add them to the garlic bowl.
- 4. Coarsely crush the coriander seeds using a mortar or knife.
- 5. Stir the oil, crushed coriander seeds, thyme, and garlic together in the bowl.
- 6. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Rinse the beef fillet and chicken breasts under running water.
- 8. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Slice the beef fillet and chicken breasts into thin strips.
- 10. Peel the potatoes and wash them under running water.
- 11. Shave half of the potatoes into paper-thin slices.
- 12. Cut the other half of the potatoes into small cubes.
- 13. Rinse the chili peppers under running water.
- 14. Remove the stems and the inside of the chili peppers.
- 15. Cut the chili peppers into thin strips.
- 16. Preheat the hot stone in the oven.
- 17. Place the potato slices, potato cubes, and chili strips on the hot stone.
- 18. Place the sliced meat on the hot stone next to the vegetables.
- 19. Drizzle the prepared marinade over the meat and vegetables.
- 20. Cook everything on the hot stone until fully cooked.
- 21. Turn the meat and vegetables occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 22. Serve the grilled dish with a spicy chili dip if desired.
