  6. 6. Stir in tahini, lemon juice, cumin, and oil into the mixture.
  7. 7. Mix everything until it forms a creamy consistency.
  8. 8. Stir in a little cold water if the mixture is too thick.
  9. 9. Season the hummus with salt to taste.
  10. 10. Wash and clean the celery.
  11. 11. Slice the celery into thin slices.
  12. 12. Peel the onion and cut it into strips.
  13. 13. Wash and clean the cucumber.
  14. 14. Halve the cucumber lengthwise and slice it.
  15. 15. Rinse the parsley and shake it dry.
  16. 16. Pluck the parsley leaves and chop them roughly.
  17. 17. Mix all prepared salad ingredients in a bowl.

  40. 40. Place the patties on the flatbread.
  41. 41. Add the hummus on top of the patties.
  42. 42. Garnish the burgers with the salad.
  43. 43. Sprinkle Pul Biber over the top.
  44. 44. Serve the burgers.
