🍽️ Grilled flatbread with lamb patty

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g lamb mince
- 1 egg yolk
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cumin (ground)
- breadcrumbs (as needed)
- 1 flatbread
- Pul Biber
Instructions
- 1. Pour the chickpeas into a sieve and rinse them under cold water.
- 2. Puree the chickpeas finely using a hand blender.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 4. Grind the chopped garlic finely with a little salt.
- 5. Add the garlic to the chickpea mixture.
- 6. Stir in tahini, lemon juice, cumin, and oil into the mixture.
- 7. Mix everything until it forms a creamy consistency.
- 8. Stir in a little cold water if the mixture is too thick.
- 9. Season the hummus with salt to taste.
- 10. Wash and clean the celery.
- 11. Slice the celery into thin slices.
- 12. Peel the onion and cut it into strips.
- 13. Wash and clean the cucumber.
- 14. Halve the cucumber lengthwise and slice it.
- 15. Rinse the parsley and shake it dry.
- 16. Pluck the parsley leaves and chop them roughly.
- 17. Mix all prepared salad ingredients in a bowl.
- 18. Add oil and lemon juice to the salad.
- 19. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
- 20. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 21. Dice the onion and garlic finely.
- 22. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a hot pan.
- 23. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- 24. Transfer the fried mixture into a bowl.
- 25. Let the mixture cool down.
- 26. Mix the cooled mixture with the minced meat.
- 27. Add the egg yolk to the meat mixture.
- 28. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- 29. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 30. Add breadcrumbs if necessary.
- 31. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
- 32. Brush the patties with oil.
- 33. Place the patties on the hot grill.
- 34. Grill the patties for about 6 minutes on both sides.
- 35. Quarter the flatbread.
- 36. Drizzle the flatbread with oil.
- 37. Place the flatbread on the hot grill.
- 38. Brown the flatbread on both sides.
- 39. Place the grilled flatbread on plates.
- 40. Place the patties on the flatbread.
- 41. Add the hummus on top of the patties.
- 42. Garnish the burgers with the salad.
- 43. Sprinkle Pul Biber over the top.
- 44. Serve the burgers.
