🍽️ Grilled Sea Bass

Ingredients
- 800 g small sea bass (ready for cooking; 2 small sea bass)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 16 fresh small bay leaves
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the sea bass inside and out under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the fish inside and out with salt and pepper.
- 4. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into a small bowl.
- 5. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 6. Press the garlic directly into the bowl with the lemon juice.
- 7. Stir the oil into the lemon-garlic mixture.
- 8. Brush the sea bass inside and out with the marinade.
- 9. Make four diagonal cuts into the skin on both sides using a sharp knife.
- 10. Wash the bay leaves and shake them dry.
- 11. Place one bay leaf into each of the cuts.
- 12. Place the fish into two fish grilling baskets.
- 13. Close the grilling baskets.
- 14. Grill the fish on the hot grill for about 15 minutes on each side.
