🍽️ Grilled Swordfish with Melon Salad

Ingredients
- 4 slices swordfish (approx. 200 g each)
- lemons
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 400 g watermelon
- 0.5 cucumber (200 g)
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice.
- 2. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 3. Peel the melon.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 5. Cut the melon into small cubes.
- 6. Wash the cucumber.
- 7. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the cucumber halves using a small spoon.
- 9. Dice the cucumber finely.
- 10. Peel the shallots.
- 11. Finely chop the shallots.
- 12. Peel the garlic.
- 13. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- 14. Wash the basil.
- 15. Chop the basil finely.
- 16. Mix the melon with the cucumber.
- 17. Add the shallots to the mixture.
- 18. Add the garlic to the mixture.
- 19. Add the basil to the mixture.
- 20. Add lemon juice to the mixture.
- 21. Season the melon mixture with salt and pepper.
- 22. Grill the swordfish for about 3 minutes on each side.
- 23. Serve the fish with the melon salsa.
- 24. Serve the dish.
