  11. 11. Finely chop the shallots.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic.
  13. 13. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
  14. 14. Wash the basil.
  15. 15. Chop the basil finely.
  16. 16. Mix the melon with the cucumber.
  17. 17. Add the shallots to the mixture.
  18. 18. Add the garlic to the mixture.

  20. 20. Add lemon juice to the mixture.
