🍽️ Grilled sheep's cheese with colorful vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 200 g yellow zucchini (1 yellow zucchini)
- 200 g green zucchini (1 green zucchini)
- 300 g large ripe tomatoes (3 large ripe tomatoes)
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 4 artichoke hearts (jar or can)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 300 g feta cheese
- 1 organic lemon
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Slice the garlic into very thin slices.
- 3. Wash the chili pepper.
- 4. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper.
- 5. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise.
- 6. Cut the chili pepper into thin strips.
- 7. Wash the thyme.
- 8. Shake the thyme dry.
- 9. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 10. Wash the yellow and green zucchini.
- 11. Dry the zucchini with a cloth.
- 12. Halve the zucchini.
- 13. Cut the zucchini halves into thick slices.
- 14. Cut the zucchini slices into batons.
- 15. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 16. Let the tomatoes sit in the hot water for one to two minutes.
- 17. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water.
- 18. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
- 19. Halve the tomatoes.
- 20. Remove the pulp and seeds with a spoon.
- 21. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
- 22. Clean the spring onions.
- 23. Wash the spring onions.
- 24. Slice the spring onions into rings.
- 25. Drain the artichoke hearts.
- 26. Cut the artichoke hearts into eighths.
- 27. Put all prepared ingredients into a bowl.
- 28. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 29. Toss the vegetables gently.
- 30. Lay four large sheets of aluminum foil on the work surface.
- 31. Make sure the foil is about thirty by thirty centimeters.
- 32. Distribute the vegetables onto the center of the four foil sheets.
- 33. Cut the sheep's cheese into four thick slices.
- 34. Place the cheese slices on the vegetables.
- 35. Rinse the lemon with hot water.
- 36. Dry the lemon.
- 37. Slice the lemon into thin slices.
- 38. Place the lemon slices on the sheep's cheese.
- 39. Fold the aluminum foil over the vegetables.
- 40. Seal the foil into tight packets.
- 41. Place the packets on the hot grill.
- 42. Grill the packets for about ten minutes.
- 43. Serve the dish immediately.
