🥗 Grilled Salad with Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 2 small romaine lettuce hearts
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 60 g blue cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 3. Wash the lettuce hearts.
- 4. Remove the outer leaves.
- 5. Cut each lettuce head into four quarters lengthwise.
- 6. Brush the cut surfaces with a little oil.
- 7. Season the lettuce pieces with salt and pepper.
- 8. Place the lettuce on the grill.
- 9. Grill the lettuce halves for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 10. Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
- 11. Add the onion rings to the pan.
- 12. Sauté the onions over medium heat for about 5 minutes until soft.
- 13. Stir in the vinegar, lemon juice, and honey.
- 14. Place two grilled lettuce halves on each plate.
- 15. Crumble the cheese over the salad.
- 16. Drizzle the salad with the onion sauce.
- 17. Grind fresh pepper over the top.
- 18. Serve the salad immediately.
