  2. 2. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Puree the mint leaves finely with oil and 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.
  5. 5. Season the mint dressing with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  6. 6. Wash the lettuce hearts and shake them dry.
  7. 7. Halve the lettuce hearts lengthwise.
  8. 8. Brush the lettuce hearts with 1 tablespoon of seasoned oil.
  9. 9. Grill the lettuce hearts on the preheated grill for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  10. 10. Shave the Parmesan.
  11. 11. Arrange the grilled lettuce hearts on a platter.
  12. 12. Drizzle the salad with the remaining seasoned oil.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the salad with the toasted pine nuts and Parmesan.
  14. 14. Toast the baguette bread on the grill.
  15. 15. Serve the bread with the salad.
