🍽️ Grilled Salmon with Lemon Pepper Crust

Ingredients
- 1 organic lemon
- 30 g yogurt butter
- 1 tsp sweet mustard
- 800 g salmon cutlet (4 salmon cutlets)
- salt
- coarsely ground colorful pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
- 2. Grate about 2 teaspoons of fine lemon zest.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from one of the halves.
- 5. Slice the other lemon half into thin slices for garnish.
- 6. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 7. Stir the mustard into the melted butter.
- 8. Add the lemon juice to the butter mixture.
- 9. Fold in the grated lemon zest.
- 10. Rinse the salmon cutlets.
- 11. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
- 12. Brush the salmon cutlets on both sides with the lemon butter mixture.
- 13. Season the salmon with salt.
- 14. Generously sprinkle the salmon with coarsely ground mixed pepper.
- 15. Place the salmon on a grill pan.
- 16. Grill the salmon for 5 to 7 minutes on the first side.
- 17. Turn the salmon and grill for another 5 to 7 minutes on the second side.
- 18. Serve the salmon with the lemon slices.
