  1. 1. Place a sprig of rosemary on a mozzarella ball.
  2. 2. Wrap the mozzarella tightly with a strip of bacon.
  3. 3. Place the bacon package into a heatproof dish.
  4. 4. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
  5. 5. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  6. 6. Chop the pumpkin seeds coarsely.
  7. 7. Put the tomatoes into a bowl.
  8. 8. Add two tablespoons of olive oil to the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Add some vinegar to the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Mix the tomatoes well with the spices.
  12. 12. Preheat your oven's grill.
  13. 13. Place the dish with the mozzarella into the oven.
  14. 14. Gratin the mozzarella briefly under the grill.
  15. 15. Take the mozzarella out of the oven as soon as it starts to melt slightly.
  16. 16. Place some salad on the plates.
  17. 17. Place the grilled mozzarella on the salad.
  18. 18. Add the seasoned tomatoes.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the chopped pumpkin seeds over the dish.
  20. 20. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
