🍽️ Grilled Mozzarella with Bacon and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 small balls mozzarella
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 slices breakfast bacon
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp green pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- a little leaf salad
Instructions
- 1. Place a sprig of rosemary on a mozzarella ball.
- 2. Wrap the mozzarella tightly with a strip of bacon.
- 3. Place the bacon package into a heatproof dish.
- 4. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
- 6. Chop the pumpkin seeds coarsely.
- 7. Put the tomatoes into a bowl.
- 8. Add two tablespoons of olive oil to the tomatoes.
- 9. Add some vinegar to the tomatoes.
- 10. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- 11. Mix the tomatoes well with the spices.
- 12. Preheat your oven's grill.
- 13. Place the dish with the mozzarella into the oven.
- 14. Gratin the mozzarella briefly under the grill.
- 15. Take the mozzarella out of the oven as soon as it starts to melt slightly.
- 16. Place some salad on the plates.
- 17. Place the grilled mozzarella on the salad.
- 18. Add the seasoned tomatoes.
- 19. Sprinkle the chopped pumpkin seeds over the dish.
- 20. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
