Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- salt (pepper)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 bunch dill
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Rub the fillets with lemon juice.
- 4. Season the fish lightly with salt.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Press the garlic.
- 7. Mix the garlic in a small bowl with vinegar, mustard, and oil.
- 8. Stir the mixture until a uniform marinade forms.
- 9. Coat the salmon cutlets evenly with the marinade.
- 10. Let the fish marinate for about half an hour.
- 11. Turn the fish over occasionally to ensure the marinade penetrates well.
- 12. Place the salmon cutlets on the charcoal grill.
- 13. Cook the fish for about 6 minutes.
- 14. Turn the fish frequently while grilling.
- 15. Wash the dill.
- 16. Shake the dill dry.
- 17. Chop the dill finely.
- 18. Spread the fresh parsley over the finished fish.
- 19. Sprinkle the chopped dill over the fish.
- 20. Serve the salmon.
