🍽️ Grilled Lobster with Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 2 small, cooked lobster
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 half slice pan white bread
- 2 green pepper-mini fruits
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 half dried tomato
- 20 g freshly grated parmesan
- 2 slices (thin elongated) flatbread
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Brush the lobster with one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 2. Heat a grill pan over high heat.
- 3. Grill the lobster briefly on all sides.
- 4. Halve the white sandwich bread.
- 5. Brush the bread and the bell pepper with a little olive oil.
- 6. Grill the bread and the bell pepper briefly.
- 7. Peel the shallots and the garlic.
- 8. Finely dice the shallots and the garlic.
- 9. Finely dice the tomato.
- 10. Mix the shallots, garlic, tomato, and Parmesan together.
- 11. Brush the flatbread with the remaining olive oil.
- 12. Spread the tomato mixture onto the flatbread.
- 13. Broil the bruschetta briefly under the preheated grill.
- 14. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 15. Stir the cayenne pepper into the butter.
- 16. Add the thyme leaves.
- 17. Cut the lobster into pieces using a large sharp knife.
- 18. Decoratively plate the lobster.
- 19. Add the prepared ingredients to the lobster.
