🍽️ Spiced Grilled Fish

Ingredients
- 2 fish (Red Roman at approx. 500 g, alternatively Red Snapper)
- 2 stalks cilantro greens
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- salt
- 2 tsp fennel seeds
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish inside and out under cold running water. Pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Wash the coriander sprigs and shake off excess water. Pluck the fresh leaves from the stems and place them in a mortar.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves. Cut them in half and add them to the mortar along with the coriander.
- 4. Add some lemon juice and the oil. Mash the ingredients into a fine paste using the pestle.
- 5. Season the paste with the remaining lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix in the fennel seeds.
- 6. Coat the fish thoroughly on all sides with the spice paste.
- 7. Place the fish on a grill grate. Grill them over hot heat for about 6 to 10 minutes on each side.
