  1. 1. Switch your oven to the grill setting and preheat it.
  2. 2. Clean the mushrooms and wipe them with a damp kitchen cloth.
  3. 3. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
  4. 4. Wash the pears and cut them into wedges.
  5. 5. Remove the core from the pear wedges.
  6. 6. Clean the leek and the spring onions.
  7. 7. Slice the leek and spring onions into rings.
  8. 8. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan without any fat.
  9. 9. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the mushrooms, leek, and spring onions in it for a short time.
  11. 11. Place the vegetables together with the Camembert, pine nuts, and pears on a piece of aluminum foil.
  12. 12. Season the ingredients lightly with pepper.
  13. 13. Add a little extra butter.
  14. 14. Seal the aluminum foil over the food.
  15. 15. Place the packet on the grill.
