🍽️ Grilled Camembert with Pears, Mushrooms, and Leek

Ingredients
- 4 Camembert (about 125 g)
- 250 g small button mushrooms
- 2 pears
- 100 g leek
- 1 spring onion
- 30 g pine nuts
- 4 tbsp butter
- pink pepper (dried)
Instructions
- 1. Switch your oven to the grill setting and preheat it.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms and wipe them with a damp kitchen cloth.
- 3. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
- 4. Wash the pears and cut them into wedges.
- 5. Remove the core from the pear wedges.
- 6. Clean the leek and the spring onions.
- 7. Slice the leek and spring onions into rings.
- 8. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan without any fat.
- 9. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a pan.
- 10. Sauté the mushrooms, leek, and spring onions in it for a short time.
- 11. Place the vegetables together with the Camembert, pine nuts, and pears on a piece of aluminum foil.
- 12. Season the ingredients lightly with pepper.
- 13. Add a little extra butter.
- 14. Seal the aluminum foil over the food.
- 15. Place the packet on the grill.
