Ingredients
- 600 g Sea bass (ready for cooking)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Brush the fish with oil on the outside.
- 4. Pour lemon juice into the belly cavity of the fish.
- 5. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 6. Place the fish on the hot grill grate.
- 7. Grill the fish over low heat.
- 8. Grill one side for 5 to 6 minutes.
- 9. Turn the fish and grill the other side for another 5 to 6 minutes.
- 10. Slice lemons for serving.
- 11. Serve the grilled sea bass with the lemon slices.
