🍰 Grilled Apple Slices with Vanilla Quark

Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Apple Juice
- 15 g Butter (1 tbsp)
- 400 g Quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
- 0.25 tsp Vanilla Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Slice off the bottom and top of the apples to make them flat.
- 3. Cut the apples crosswise into even slices.
- 4. Mix one tablespoon of honey with the apple juice and butter in a small bowl.
- 5. Brush the apple slices with the honey-butter mixture.
- 6. Place the apple slices on the hot grill.
- 7. Grill the apples for about five minutes.
- 8. Turn the slices once while grilling.
- 9. In the meantime, stir the quark until smooth.
- 10. Fold in the remaining honey and vanilla powder into the quark.
- 11. Serve the grilled apple slices together with the quark.
