🍽️ Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients
- 400 g yellow zucchini (2 yellow zucchini)
- salt
- pepper
- 120 g tomatoes (3 tomatoes)
- 8 sprigs arugula
- 10 g tahini
- coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard ends at the tips of the zucchini.
- 3. Cut each zucchini lengthwise into two equal halves.
- 4. Heat a non-stick grill pan on the stovetop.
- 5. Place the zucchini halves in the hot pan with the cut side facing down.
- 6. Grill the zucchini over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 7. Season the grilled zucchini with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Remove the zucchini from the pan and let it cool for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 10. Cut out the hard stem attachments from the tomatoes.
- 11. Slice the tomatoes into even slices.
- 12. Wash the arugula thoroughly under running water.
- 13. Pick off coarse stems and tough leaves from the arugula.
- 14. Dry the arugula in a salad spinner or with a kitchen towel.
- 15. Spread a thin layer of tahini paste over the cooled zucchini halves.
- 16. Top the zucchini with the dry arugula.
- 17. Distribute the tomato slices evenly over the arugula.
- 18. Sprinkle a little sea salt over the finished dish.
- 19. Serve the grilled zucchini immediately while warm.
